Prometheus metrics in the text format 0.0.4 (ratchet/metrics.py). Read with an admin or dashboard key or RATCHET_METRICS_TOKEN, or by anyone when the dashboard is public; a scrubbed read (an anonymous reader of a public live dashboard) gets client pseudonyms in the client labels.
