Everything the dashboard shows. Computed at most once per RATCHET_STATS_TTL_S (live mode: 2 s) by one caller at a time (SnapshotCache), from the ledger’s read-only connection on a WAL file, so dashboards never slow requests. A scrubbed read (_scrubbed: by default an anonymous reader of a public live dashboard) gets a scrubbed copy, with client pseudonyms and no URLs or error messages in the events (ADR 0061).
